- The share waiting less than 26 weeks — Wales's referral-to-treatment standard is 95%

Caveats
- Wales runs its NHS separately from England and Scotland, and its waiting-time standard is 95% of pathways waiting less than 26 weeks — a different basis from England's 18-week Referral to Treatment standard and Scotland's 12-week Stage of Treatment standard, so these figures are NOT comparable across nations and are never ranked together.
- Reported per health board (Local Health Board), not per hospital — Wales does not publish this dataset at hospital level.
- We show the 'All Treatment Functions' rollup — the all-specialties headline — not the individual treatment-function breakdown.
- Median and 90th-centile waits are published by StatsWales directly in decimal weeks (unlike Scotland, which publishes days), so no unit conversion is applied.
- Two Welsh health boards were reorganised in recent years (Abertawe Bro Morgannwg and Cwm Taf merged/renamed); we show only the current 7 boards plus the Wales-wide total, not their legacy predecessors.
