What we show
- The share of the diagnostic waiting list waiting more than 6 weeks, across the eight key imaging and endoscopy tests
- A per-test breakdown (CT, MRI, ultrasound, barium, and the endoscopy tests)
- The total number of patients on the diagnostic waiting list
Caveats
- Scotland's standard is that no patient waits more than 6 weeks for a key diagnostic test — a different basis from England's DM01 (under 1% over 6 weeks), so the figures are not directly comparable.
- Reported per health board, not per hospital.
- The over-6-week figure is derived by summing the published waiting-time bands; a small 'total waiting' summary row is not used because it is not populated in recent months.
