What we show
- Percentage scores assessed by teams that include patient assessors, for cleanliness; food and hydration; condition, appearance and maintenance; and privacy, dignity and wellbeing
Caveats
- Assessed per building, so these scores are specific to the hospital, not the whole trust.
- Assessments are a snapshot taken on the assessment day and reflect the assessors' judgement; higher scores are better.
- Not every hospital is assessed each year, so the section is absent where there is no assessment.
